The Friendship Fire Company #1 Geigertown has community events such as Fire Prevention Programs in the local schools, and an Easter Egg Hunt for the children of our community.
There are 25 very dedicated active members serving with the Friendship Fire Company #1 Geigertown
Many Volunteer hours given for the various fundraising events.
Through a grant from the Federal Emergency Managment Agency (FEMA), we were able to purchase Sparky the Fire Dog and his fire truck.This is a great aid in presenting the fire prevention programs to the school children as well as other local groups.Click on Sparky to go to his webpage which is full of fun games and information.
